I just moved in middle of August and everything has been amazing with some minor complications. My fan is broke (hopefully fixed soon). We always get compliments on how nice Faulkner Flats is! I am so so lucky to live here and I can't wait to spend the rest of this year here! Thank y'all for being amazing! (also I love the pool and tanning beds)

I recently realized I was going to Ole Miss and had to find a place to live ASAP. I am so glad I found Faulkner Flats. I saw how nice it was online but had to check it out for myself. The pool area is beautiful, the club house is very upscale and the grounds are excellent as well. The apartments are large, modern and brightly lit with large windows and a great deal of living space. The office staff knew we were coming from out of town to view the apartment and they even opened up early to help us do the paperwork, and took care of everything. Jessica, Morgan and a few others, very very nice people. The staff is very professional, and it is clearly well organized, and very accommodating. Live Here if you can.

I received my notice today that I should begin to think about the process of moving out and attached was a small thing of gummy bears. It just reassured me of all the small things Faulkner Flats does to ensure that you are at home when living here. I had to fight to find something wrong with this place but it is just impossible. Every time I walk into the office someone greets me within seconds and all of them know me by my first name which is just another reason why this place is amazing. I lived in a couple of different apartment complexes over my time here in Oxford and if there is one thing I am sure about, it is that this apartment complex is EASILY the best place to live. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider living here just so you can have the amazing experience that I have had. I am extremely sad to be leaving, I wish I could take this place with me! 1000000 / 10.

I love the garden tub and the granite countertops, along with the stainless steel appliances and walk in closets. What other apartments in Oxford have all those amenities along with garages? Staff is great and the clubhouse is amazing. Great place to live.

The BEST apartments in Oxford, MS! The management is incredible and truly cares about their tenants. They host a ton of cute events to keep the sense of community at Faulkner Flats and the amenities are soo convenient. 10/10 recommend :)

The best apartments in Oxford hands down. Staff is incredible and always willing to tackle any issue that you might have. Great location there’s a really good restaurant and bar, High point coffee & dry cleaners within walking distance. The facility is top notch & always clean. There’s no place better in Oxford.

I have called Faulkner Flats home now for over a year and can honestly say there is no comparison to the quality and value. Five star community and staff! I have lived in apartments throughout the southeast and have never had a more positive experience than at Faulkner Flats. The office staff is awesome - helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is the best - prompt and thorough. The amenities are amazing - so much to do without leaving home. My apartment is fabulous - beautiful finishes and very spacious! When in Oxford, MS, the only place to call home should be Faulkner Flats!

I just love living here and the staff could not be more accommodating. My apartment is just amazing and very well kept and I have not encountered a maintenance issue yet. The only real thing I do not like it having to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs- oh what I wouldn't give for an elevator!!! But it is good exercise. I also really love how close it is to Ole Miss and ease of getting to class as well as all the amenities. I would definitely recommend living here it is worth every penny.
